I found ample parking available underneath the hotel at a reasonable rate. I also appreciated the variety of eating selections within the Star complex. Darling Harbour and Barangaroo are only a short walk away. The room included wireless charging at both bedsides, convenient.

the room felt quite cold. I tried to adjust the air temperature, but it kept reverting back.

There are numerous restaurants with various cuisines to choose from near the hotel. I discovered good coffee and tea in the room facilities. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff seemed quick to assist and always so considerate. I noticed staff turned the vacuum cleaner off as I walked past. This showed really good attention. I appreciated fresh complimentary fruit at the pool.

I liked the 25-meter outdoor pool located on the 5th floor. The modern design of the lobby impressed me. It has its own tram station nearby.

the room was modern clean. the hotel location provides easy access to restaurants casinos and attractions. i received a bottle of bubbles and fruit platter upon arrival it was a nice touch. the hotel location is great walking distance to many places.

the disability assist room wasn't what i was expecting for our stay i wish the staff had explained the room setup parking was not explained prior to the stay
