Really good Amenities and Service

quiet room thoughtful addition efficient storage

The room decor was very nice, quiet and had everything i needed. The setup included thoughtful additions beyond the essentials. The staff stored my luggage efficiently until my room became available. I especially appreciated having the room ready three hours early.

The light and curtain switches were on dark panels making them hard to see (especially at night).

The hotel includes an Italian and Japanese restaurant, and they both offer really good food. Room service food was also really good with professional and charming personnel. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but the cafe locally is cheaper with a better food and setting.

The room had a full-length couch and table for two. Robes and dual basins were provided. The bathroom included lovely quality products (i enjoyed the soaps). Each room features a huge window almost from floor to ceiling.

The staff was very attentive to detail and attentiveness. A senior management staff member hosted me during my entire stay. I felt welcomed with genuine hospitality and excellence. Housekeeping ensured i had extras i requested.

The decor in the lifts makes them a pleasure to use. The lobby had stylish decor with multiple quiet areas. I enjoyed the entertainment at the grand piano in the lobby. There were comfy tub chairs to relax.

I adored the modern technology available. The luxurious bathroom was really dreamy. The lounge area provided a simple pleasure as it let me stretch out and relax. I loved not sitting on a bed.

I found ample parking available underneath the hotel at a reasonable rate. I also appreciated the variety of eating selections within the Star complex. Darling Harbour and Barangaroo are only a short walk away. The room included wireless charging at both bedsides, convenient.

the room felt quite cold. I tried to adjust the air temperature, but it kept reverting back.

There are numerous restaurants with various cuisines to choose from near the hotel. I discovered good coffee and tea in the room facilities. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff seemed quick to assist and always so considerate. I noticed staff turned the vacuum cleaner off as I walked past. This showed really good attention. I appreciated fresh complimentary fruit at the pool.

I liked the 25-meter outdoor pool located on the 5th floor. The modern design of the lobby impressed me. It has its own tram station nearby.

modern room clean room great location walking distance

the room was modern clean. the hotel location provides easy access to restaurants casinos and attractions. i received a bottle of bubbles and fruit platter upon arrival it was a nice touch. the hotel location is great walking distance to many places.

the disability assist room wasn't what i was expecting for our stay i wish the staff had explained the room setup parking was not explained prior to the stay

the housekeeping service was consistent i like. the staff arranged restaurant bookings seamless. the staff are professional and attentive i think.

access to the main bar was limited on one of the nights. this was disappointing to me.
